9 Beach Huts, Stained Glass Panel
This fabulous panel will look amazing hanging or leaning in a sunny window and will bring a touch of the sea to any room. The huts cast lovely colourful pools of light on the floor and walls when the sun shines through it.
Made from recycled glass (apart from the sand and sea) and using traditional leading techniques (just the same as church windows). I have used very thin 4 mm lead to create this panel and it should last a lifetime. Please note, I make these in batches of 5 and the item may vary slightly in colour from the photo due to use of recycled glass

This semi abstract design, inspired by a piece of 1950′s American dress fabric, in muted and mellow with blue, yellow and light blue glass. The Dandelion heads are in textured seedy clear glass to suggest tiny dandelion seeds. Comes with hanging chain Approx 14 x 18 cm

The glass paint is kiln fired, so will not wear off or fade and they are made using traditional leading techniques. These started as a detail for a sketch for a large window commission and were not used in the end, but they are perfect for autumn, so I scaled up the design and here they are! These are unique handmade, hand painted items and so although to the same design please note they are all slightly different. approx 20 cm long

Blue and Grey Boats, Fused Recycled Glass Boat Mobile
This lovely striking mobile will look fabulous hanging in a sunny window or a beach themed room. Made entirely from found pieces of recycled glass which has been fused together in the kiln and hung with driftwood from local beaches and salvaged beads.

I have been making these unique little boat mobiles for several years. Each one is totally different due to the process I use. I piece together pieces of waste stained glass together into pleasing boat shapes and then fire them in the kiln so they melt into each other. When cool, I string them on local driftwood with beads and found items off the beach. I always used to copper foil the edges but now I can use my kiln to fuse the glass together these mobiles are made entirely from recycled items, other than the hanging hooks!
Bowerman’s Nose, Dartmoor Landscape Stained Glass Panel
Stained glass panel celebrating a famous Dartmoor landmark.
Made using traditional leading techniques incorporating purple streaky glass for the sky, grey water glass for the stone tor and green water glass for the back ground landscape. Water glass gives an element of movement to the piece.
I have carefully painted lots of details of the famous Dartmoor Tor on to the glass, including Bowerman’s Nose written on the base of the grey stone.
I use traditional stained glass kiln fired glass paints which I fire in the kiln prior to leading the panel up. These paints will not fade or rub off, they are bonded to the glass.

I am greatly inspired by the Devon landscape around where I live and this is the first piece in my new Dartmoor series of panels. Taken from my sketches and photos of the countryside. Bowerman’s Nose is a very famous Tor that really does look like a man’s head and shoulders looking out across the open moor and is a popular tourist attraction in the summer.
Breaking Wave Bunting, blue, green, yellow fused glass
My first ever fused glass bunting! These 7 cm flags are really vibrant and eye catching, bejewelled with many small pieces of glass called frit which I have carefully placed on the glass and then heated in my kiln until the glass melts slightly and fuses together.
I make my own frit by smashing up recycled waste stained glass into very small pieces (between a powder and 3mm typically)
The flags are hung on the ribbon by a copper foiled top with wire attached.

I had lots of fun making these cheerful bunting flags. Each pack comes with 5 flags each 10cm long, strung on thick contrasting ribbon with loops at the end for easy hanging. Each flag is unique and made from recycled stained glass in a rainbow of colours and constructed using the copper foil technique. Small but perfectly formed abstract stained glass panel incorporating pieces of sea glass (broken bottle glass tumbled in the sea and collected by me from local beaches) into a leaded panel with vibrant green, blue and purple streaky glass. Inspired by the rock pools on the Devon coast. This is a traditional leaded stained glass panel and looks fabulous with the light shining through it and the contrast between the matt, frosted sea glass and the smooth transparent stained glass.
