Items will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of payment by first class recorded post in recycled packaging.
In the unlikely event that items arrive faulty or broken a replacement or full refund will be offered.

Commissions
Following an initial consultation a quotation will be provided. Once a set of drawings have been produced and the design is agreed a 20% deposit is paid and then work commences. The remaining balance is to be paid when the piece is completed. Installation is not included in this price.
